2020年庚子年巴占选区新春大团拜，会在斗华新村大礼堂（斗华新村巴刹对面）傍晚举办，小学组挥春比赛将会在下午5点掀开序幕，6点后团拜节目就会正式开始。
行动党巴占区兼筹委会主席黄文标表示此团拜是他服务中心，联合他选区两个村委会，也就是巴占新村和斗华新村的成员联合举办。出席的嘉宾有下议院副议长倪可敏，怡保东区国会议员黄家和已经铁定能出席。
黄文标欢迎各位大家一起来出席这次斗华礼堂，多年来被前朝遗弃的礼堂，在他与团队努力修复后，终于能在斗华新村中心点举办新村团拜。而团拜节目除了有免费自助餐，有醒狮，歌唱舞蹈和烟花表演以及供出席者免费拍照洗相的摄影篷（ photo booth）。
